This machine is suitable for laminating cardboard (minimum of 150gsm thickness) to corrugated sheets.
Vacuum suction feeding system can lead the paper accurately for good registration. Cycle stacking planes in a state of non-stop for next batch of paper stack.
Using suction automatic feeding for bottom sheets (corrugated) loading according to the main machine operating speed with continuous automatic tracking.
This machine uses touch screen, PLC and servo motor control system. Gluing is automatic. Pressure roller adopts unilateral adjustments which are convenient and fast.
The pressing conveyor adopts floating and movable structure ensuring the cardboard bears uniform strength in the pressing process.

The Eigth generation of Cartocut series auto die cutting with stripping machine is based on save generation. The machine is equipped with servo motor system. This ensures thick paper feeding function effective up to 8mm.
Frontal, back and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision. Pneumatic clutch and pneumatic close up mechanism is programmable with man machine interface.
The interface can be displayed as various digital information of the machine, such as working speed, amount of paper process, total running time, etc.
This machine is equipped with sensor and safety device to ensure normal operations of the machine.
CHAMPION PROSTITCH DUO SERVO CONTROL TWO-PIECE JOINT SEMI-AUTOMATIC STITCHER

Box stitching machine suitable for two or single piece corrugated boards.
3ply/5ply layers are currently in use. Suitable for single/double and uneven corrugated boxes. This machine can go up to a speed of 500 stitches/min. It has double servo system and HMI controls for smooth functioning of the machine.
Champion CCEG-2300 Blank Edge Gluing and Joining Machine
Features : -
Champion Semi-autoimatic Blank Edge Gluing Machine is used for variety of box / carton, is an equipment for those jobs that need two pieces cardboard to paste together and fold. The two piece gets into one splicing process which is rapid & one-time bonding.
The machine is equipped with suction-feeding, push rod positioning structure of synchronous pneumatic, digital temperature control , PLC electrical control system, frequency control motor.
The Gluing method (overlap area), uses Hot Melt & Cold Gluing System, with a combined process to paste the flap of two piece, to achieve quick pasting with a strong bond.
The side flap uses cold glue (commonly used type) after which cardboards get collected and moves down into pressing type and back deliver with station pneumatic pressing unit.
